At DinoZone, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience with the highest-quality products. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to the policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
•Returns and exchanges must be requested within 3 Days of receiving the order.
•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
•Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return and Exchange Process

•Our team will assist you with return/exchange steps and schedule a pickup if applicable.
•Ensure the item is securely packed with the original invoice.
•Once received and verified, we will process the refund or exchange, depending on availability.

3. Charges for Returns
•A flat ₹119 will be deducted to cover return shipping and reverse pickup.

4. Refund and Exchange Details
•Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•If an exchange is requested and the desired item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or alternate options.

5. Important Note for COD Orders
We have introduced a partial payment system for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. A nominal advance of ₹119 must be paid online before dispatch.
•This amount is non-refundable if the parcel is not accepted at the time of delivery.
•If you wish to cancel, please notify us before the parcel is shipped.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
•Used, washed, or altered items
•Items without original tags and packaging
•Items beyond the 3 Days window
•Sale items (these cannot be returned but are eligible for exchange)
