Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We strive to ensure that your DinoZone products reach you as quickly as possible.


Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The available shipping methods may vary based on your location and the items in your order. You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge of ₹119 will be added to your final amount, which you can pay at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package. You can also log into your account on www.dinozone.in to view your order status and tracking details.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and local postal services. The general delivery timeframes are:

  1. Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  2. Tier II Cities: 5-7 business days
  3. Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. DinoZone is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or address correction. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.


Shipping Delays

DinoZone is not liable for delays in shipping caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant delays, our customer service team will make every effort to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at contact@dinozone.in immediately. Include your order number and photos of damaged items if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.


Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. In such cases, customers may be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.
